A HUGE shoutout to Dr. Robert Olson, DPM, for thinking outside the circle. This surgery was performed due to bilateral calcaneal fractures from the patient falling off a roof. The right — comminuted, minimally displaced. Applied the Revolution External Fixation System for neutralization, stabilization, early partial WB-ing. The left — highly comminuted with significant joint depression – reduction with primary STJ arthrodesis. Images are in order.
