64-year old female with history of autoimmune neuropathic disease, severe RA. She had a midfoot collapse which was becoming more painful and more deformed, and she was starting to become at risk for a planter wound. She underwent a midfoot resection/fusion, gastroc recession, shortening and plantar flexion of the forefoot with application of external fixator. She’s approximately 4-weeks post operative at this point. Doing 10% weight bearing w/ assistive device.
